In June 2025, Lemonworx participated in London Tech Week as part of the official Malta delegation, supported by Tech.MT through the Malta Pavilion. The event marked a pivotal moment for our international visibility and a turning point in our product journey.
Over three days, our team, led by our CEO, Dr Graham Hilli, and Head of Business Development Clayton Meli, connected with innovation leaders, R&D executives, and retail tech strategists – all curious to learn how ORAMA, our computer vision platform, is helping retailers unlock customer behaviour insights using their existing CCTV infrastructure.
A spontaneous live demo of ORAMA for a Tesco innovation lead captured attention:
“This was the best thing so far.”
That interaction sparked through an in-Malta introduction led to a deep conversation around privacy-first AI, scalable edge developments, and how computer vision transforms brick-and-mortar retail.
London Tech Week validated our positioning: high-impact, hardware-aware AI that solved real-world problems, not just theoretical ones. The event also sparked partnerships and pilot interest across retail and smart environments.
Looking Ahead: London Tech Week 2026
After the success of 2025, we’re returning in 2026 as independent exhibitors, with a dedicated Lemonworx stand – while
continuing to support the inMalta Pavilion and Tech.MT works in promoting Maltese innovation globally.
We’ll be showcasing:
- The latest version of ORAMA, now with advanced analytics layers
- Our work in teleoperation, edge computing, and smart infrastructure
- Ongoing collaboration across retail, automotive, and space sectors
London isn’t just a tech hub; it’s a launchpad, and for Lemonworx, this is only the beginning.
